Conducting the Research
The Telephone unit has the capability to undertake a variety of research projects such as:
- Telephone interviewing. A full range of interviews of various lengths and levels of complexity can be conducted. These interviews can be paper based, CATI or audio taped.
Recruitment. The Telephone Unit has extensive experience in recruitment for focus groups and in-depth interviews. We offer a full recruitment service consisting of booking venues, finding respondents, sending out confirmation letters with details of dates, times and locations and confirming respondents on the day.
- Satisfaction Surveys. A customer satisfaction survey allows you to assess how your customers perceive your company and your services.
- Data base cleaning/ Fact finding. Cost effective means of updating customer information, allowing you to identify any changes in customer needs whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction/retention.
- We can also conduct fact finding projects via telephone or mail, allowing you to identify future business opportunities.
- Face-to-face interviewing. This can be paper based, CAPI or audio recorded.
- Recruitment for focus groups, product placements and interviews
Field Based Interviews
Adkins Medical Market Research have been conducting interviews "in the field" for over 20 years. Our central location allows us to easily co-ordinate and conduct field interviews all over the country, our experienced field workers are knowledgeable and flexible.
Our central location allows us access to all the major road networks for the whole of the United Kingdom. Whether your respondents are to be interviewed in Manchester or London we have easy access to both of these locations and numerous others.

Teledepth Interviews
Our in house telephone based team are able to handle the most demanding of quotas. A sample of 200 General Practitioners (Primary Healthcare Physicians) would pose no problem for our team.

CATI
We offer a full data processing service, including a Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) unit. Full tables can be produced after our CATI unit has finished interviewing, or this can be provided as a standalone service from any data file. These tables can be created to any specification, including a weightings option. As an additional service, we provide a software package called QPSMR Reflect, which enables our clients to do additional analysis at any time.
Tables/Results
CATI makes it easy to create accurate toplines and tables, with no additional data input needed. Tables can be created to client specification, including a weightings option, in an industry standard format.
Client Analysis
A simple to use software package can be distributed along with the data files. This enables additional tables to be produced, at any time, including new variables and filters if desired.
This software, QPSMR Reflect, is supplied with comprehensive on-screen help, and user notes.
Final Data
Final CATI data can be supplied in any industry standard format as required.
